Welcome back to my blog!

I know, I know...

Consistency, dedication, preparation... these are all lovely traits I admire in the wonderful people I am blessed to be surrounded by. I am hoping it will stick to me in this area that is called social media. Something I have struggled with for so long.

Trying to figure out just how much and how often to share. Noticing every little detail in an image you were proud of seconds before hitting that post button. 

It's scary to put yourself out there. To air yourself out, to share your work, your thoughts, your life with strangers, but most of all perhaps the people closest to me.

There is that pressure to do well, to look good, to be successful. I type this as of course one of my favorite songs "Party in the USA" plays randomly on shuffle in the background. How the fear of uncertainty, what others will think, of being different in a world that already seems to be existing and established just fine before you arrived. But then suddenly, something small yet exciting brings you back to a place in your heart of familiarity, a connection that re-ignites that confidence in you. That is what photography is for me.

So come with me on this exciting, thrilling and beautiful journey with me. As I make my way around the city with my camera and my dreams capturing life on the city streets of NY and beyond!
